Bob Mandell is a Superintendent with Modern Building Company.  Bob came from a long line of carpenters in his family. Growing up in the construction industry, he spent a lot of time helping his dad and uncle on numerous residential construction projects.  He became a Journeyman Framer/Finish carpenter and spent many years in the field.  Bob gained most of his experience doing slab framing, setting forms, electrical, plumbing, siding, windows, doors, etc., plus gained knowledge of building codes, reading plans, and inspection expectations. Since being hired with Modern, he has gained experience in Commercial/Multi Family Buildings and Tennant Improvement projects.  Bob enjoys working on different types of projects with the project managers; it has been a pleasure and a great learning experience.

In his spare time, you might find Bob hiking, racing cars, camping, and riding his long board.
