Project Description

Modern Building had the privilege of working with WestHaven in their ongoing mission to provide seniors with affordable, flexible, living arrangements. Over the past two decades, WestHaven has been incrementally building The Village at WestHaven, a 9-acre master-planned campus, which offers seniors a welcoming, social environment focused on independent living. In 2025, WestHaven approached Modern to bring us in and build the next three new buildings in their campus. Modern worked hand in hand with WestHaven to provide a cost and time efficient delivery of their three new buildings, while maintaining the look and feel of their overall master plan. The project resulted in 25 new beds, many which had been set aside the moment finishes were installed. Modern looks forward to future partnerships with WestHaven.
