Project Description

Complete demo of an existing building that was structurally attached to a historical building and with soil requiring remediation.  Ground up build of a 27,000SF fabrication facility in Marysville, CA.  CMU perimeter, columns loaded and runway beams for (9) jib and (2) bridge cranes.  (2) 16ft and (3) 17ft roll up doors, interior office, locker alcove, restrooms, fully sprinklered and site improvements with onsite water retention.  26g steel roof and wall panels with 3” reinforced vinyl insulation at roof and walls.
