Project Description

In the heart of San Francisco’s "village within the city," we recently completed a full-scale tenant improvement that brings 4,000 square feet of commercial space into the modern era. This project required a delicate balance: contemporary interior while respecting the unique character of the surrounding West Portal neighborhood.  The interior underwent a complete evolution. We integrated a new lighting package and premium finishes throughout, anchored by a custom wood wall feature that adds warmth and customer interest. We upgraded the landscaping, automatic gates, parking lot and addressed the accessibility to the building.   The "crown jewel" of the office is a striking Tri Counties logo—a 26-inch wide, 4-inch deep solid aluminum statement piece, custom-fabricated by local artisans in Chico, CA.
