Project Description

Ground-up construction of a 4200 square foot expansion of existing homeless shelter, with 700 square feet of remodeled space. The Navigation Center expansion will allow True North Housing Alliance to expand their services in their continuous effort to break the homelessness cycle in Butte County. During the course of construction, the project expanded to add the construction of CMU dog kennel to aide True North in serving its dog-accompanied users, along with a complete re-roof of a significant portion of the existing facility to extend the longevity of the building.
