Project Description

Pajouh Automotive transformed a 10-acre greenfield site into a comprehensive automotive retail and service campus serving the Chico community. Delivered through a Design-Build approach, the project encompasses more than 113,000 square feet across multiple purpose-built facilities, bringing six automotive manufacturers together on a single campus.

Modern Building constructed three approximately 15,000-square-foot dealership buildings, each divided into two dedicated showroom spaces for Subaru/Volvo, BMW/Mercedes-Benz, and Cadillac/GMC. The campus also includes a 4,000-square-foot Wash and Detail Building and a separate Express Service Building.

A major component of the development is the 65,000-square-foot Service Center, providing comprehensive automotive repair and collision services. The facility includes a mechanical repair shop, body and alignment areas, two state-of-the-art paint booths, and a fueling station.

The project required careful coordination of multiple buildings, specialized automotive systems, manufacturer requirements, and site infrastructure. Through Design-Build delivery, Modern Building coordinated the design and construction process to create a cohesive, high-performance automotive campus that combines retail, service, repair, and customer amenities in one modern destination.
