Project Description

Delivery of a new 58,900 SF medical office building to provide a wide range of medical services to the community of Oroville. This three-story building features an open, clear-story core space, as a common entry to accommodate approximately 18 doctors and specialty services, including MRI and CT imaging spaces and a fully cast-in-place concrete vault for a linear accelerator for cancer treatment. The completion of the individual doctor’s suites has been phased to allow more than half of the doctors to occupy and utilize the new building while the remaining suites were being completed.

Construction included a conventional structural steel frame, E.I.F.S. exterior cladding system over steel studs, lightweight concrete floor over metal decking, and a well-planned mechanical system, easily modified and adapted to accommodate each interior suite infill and future modifications.
