Project Description

This campus expansion and modernization project included the construction of five new buildings totaling 34,925 square feet, featuring a new Administration Building, three classroom buildings, and a multi-purpose building complete with a commercial kitchen. In addition to the new construction, four existing classroom buildings totaling 33,617 square feet were fully renovated inside and out. The renovation created 17 new classrooms, a new library, and updated support staff offices, enhancing both functionality and the overall learning environment.

Along with vertical construction, comprehensive site improvements were also completed, including new play fields, a modern ground with play structures, new safety surfacing, an outdoor amphitheater with stage, and additional outdoor learning spaces designed to support student engagement and community events. The project updated the frontage to the school with new monument signage and landscaping and introduced a new parking lot and redesigned drop-off areas to improve circulation and significantly reduce traffic impacts on adjacent local streets.
