Project Description
Paradise Apartments – Affordable Housing Reimagined
We just completed Mayer Commons apartments. This 12-unit, two-story apartment complex in Paradise, CA was built for the Housing Authority of the County of Butte to provide low-income housing after the original site was lost in the Camp Fire. Constructed with wood framing and designed to meet Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) standards, the building features standing seam roofs, spacious patios, and high-efficiency appliances and HVAC systems. Outdoor amenities include a playground, gazebo, and community garden, creating a safe and welcoming environment for families.
