Project Description

Feather River Hospital Rural Health Clinic is a 42,000 SF outpatient services medical office building. This two-story structure includes numerous exam rooms, procedure rooms, dental suites, pediatric care, drive-thru pharmacy and prompt care services. Specialty services include MRI, digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, digital mammography and bone density equipment. Construction included cast-in-place concrete basement walls, conventional steel frame construction with metal studs, stucco and stone exterior, to create the inviting mountain-lodge appearance.
