Project Description

Design-build delivery of a new, single level, satellite campus for Butte College in Glenn County. 13,712 square foot building, with a dedicated science laboratory on an undeveloped parcel. The building will provide space for a main reception area, 1 Student and 1 Staff Lounge, 2 Training Rooms, a Library, 2 Breakout Rooms, 2 Computer Labs, restrooms, administrative offices, five 700-900 square foot classrooms, and one 865 square foot science laboratory with a 258 square foot laboratory storage. Site improvements include landscape and parking lot design as well as frontage improvements along Cortina Dr.
