Lindsay Roach is a Project Engineer at Modern Building Company with a strong background in commercial construction and project coordination. Although her career began in the medical field after graduating from nursing school in 2008, Lindsay quickly discovered a passion for business operations and leadership, ultimately transitioning into Business Administration.

Her path into construction began when she joined a commercial construction company as an Accountant. Driven by curiosity and a strong work ethic, Lindsay quickly expanded her role, transitioning into Project Coordination within six months and advancing to Project Engineer within two years.

Construction has always been a familiar part of Lindsay’s life, with her father and uncles working in the residential construction industry. Today, she takes pride in contributing to projects that require collaboration, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail while continuing to grow her career in an industry she truly enjoys.

Outside of work, Lindsay is a proud mother of three who values spending quality time with family and friends. She enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants with her husband, attending concerts, camping, watching UFC, and cheering on her son at football games. She also loves special outings with her children, including spa days with her daughter and mommy-and-son dates with her youngest.
