Kevin Simon is a Superintendent at Modern Building Company. Kevin has worked in commercial construction for over twenty years. Kevin has extensive experience in foundation systems and framing. Kevin is a get it done kind of guy who is always striving to make the client happy.

Kevin was born and raised in Chico and is the second youngest of nine children. He has two daughters, Hannah and Faith. They are his world. They are both attending Chico State. Kevin and his daughters enjoy cooking, the outdoors and just hanging out together. Kevin looks forward to being a grandpa someday.
