David Velasco is a Project Engineer at Modern Building Company.  David earned a degree in Concrete Industry Management at Chico State University and worked hanging drywall while going to school.  During his time with Modern Building, David has enjoyed learning the behind-the-scenes work that goes in construction project management after years working in the trades.

David grew up playing soccer which developed a healthy competitive attitude. He also enjoys playing golf, watching Formula 1, and spending time with friends and family in his spare time.
