Charmon Walsh is a receptionist at Modern Building Company. She graduated from California State University, Chico, with a degree in Health Science. Before the camp fire, Charmon worked at Feather River Hospital and Enloe Hospital for 28 years.

Charmon and her husband Marc have been married for 37 years. Marc works for a local weather company as a meteorologist. They have two boys named Izik and Elliot. Izik works for a group of Chico physicians and is applying to local nursing schools. Elliott goes to Cal Berkeley and is in the Naval Reserves Officer Training program. In her free time, she likes to play tennis, run and garden. Charmon also likes to attend local sporting events and Cal games.
